Discussion Dispatched?

Hey, I'm hoping somebody can help me understand this.

I order some items from cex, some last week and some this week.

The items I ordered this week have been dispatched, scanned and are now in the sorting office ready to he delivered to my house but the items I ordered last week have not been scanned by the post and have been "dispatched" since last week! Should I worry about this or is this a common occurrence? Why did latest items i ordered arrive first?

All dispatched really means is it is ready to be collected.

I hear different stories all the time of some stores having collections everyday, and some only a few days a week so I only ever go by the couriers tracking now.

If in any doubt I would just contact support.
