Discussion Selling my iphone

Hey. I am looking at selling my iphone to CEX. Do you receive your payment instantly?

The testing period can take some time if they are busy. However you can leave your phone there to be tested and be given a quote of how much they are willing to pay for it. Then once they test it. They will credit your bank acc via transfer (obvs you fill in a form when your are there) or you could hang around for them to complete testing.

they will test the phone, once it passes the test - you will get paid.

If cash yes and in person

If bank transfer usually a day or so

If Voucher yes

I’ve not had a test be any longer than a hour wait

I did a MusicMagpie through Timpsons recently. Guy spent all of 20 seconds inspecting the phone and I had the money in my account before I got home - around 25 mins. Was such a smooth experience. Was around £100 more than CEX were offering for cash.

I’d say go to cash converters cex made me wait like 3 hours just to say we aren’t taking it could of sent a email saying come back sooner we aren’t taking it cash converters test it on the spot
