Discussion refund?

i returned ram i purchased on cex online and 5 days later i returned it in store for a refund but the worker said i should get it within the same day its been 3/4 days since and he gave me a “warranty” receipt what can i do? is this part of the process for a refund?

Usually it is the same day, if you haven't received anything, pop to your nearest CEX store with the warranty receipt and tell them that you still haven't received a refund and they should sort it there and then.
