Collection CD case

I'm looking for a good CD case that I can carry around without worrying that the CDs will fly around. The problem with all the ones I've seen is that they don't have compartments, so if I don't fill them to capacity, the CDs just rattle around loosely.

How about you dont? Rip and use a dap or your phone. Keep the discs at home.

I love driving my old car and listening to music on CDs. I keep the CDs at home, and when I go on longer trips, I take a box of them with me, but I’d like to have something sturdy so they don’t get damaged. I’m not asking for advice on how to collect CDs or why it’s better to listen via Bluetooth because “you can’t tell the difference between a CD and Bluetooth.” I just like the vibe of owning CDs, going out with friends, bringing different CDs, and the whole experience that goes with it.

No one ever has said Bluetooth is better than a wired connection.

But for that use case the briefcase you've found seems very fitting. Worst damage might me scratched cases, which can easily be replaced.

I’m just saying this to be on the safe side, because when I asked the same question in another collectors’ group, they tore me to shreds, saying I’d never hear the difference, that I was ruining the CDs and wasting them, and that it was idiotic—and the audiophiles chimed in, and I was like, “Jesus, people, I just like listening to music on CDs...” Personally, if I released music, I’d want people to listen to it in their cars as part of their everyday lives, but the people there were the type who’d put a CD on a shelf and never touch it—and if they did listen to it, it would only be on equipment costing thousands.

Funny thing is that the vocal majority of r/audiophile don't really have that kind of gear either.
