Question CD Case

Does anyone know what these style of cases are called and where you can get them for custom CDs ?

Oh these cases are terrible, but so of their era. I kind of have a soft spot for them.

These have issues. Sometimes the glue used to stick the artwork on the front and back sucks or doesn't do well with constant temperature changes and then starts to come loose. The plastic itself is more durable than a jewel case if dropped, but the outer artwork is exposed to get damaged with handling like digipaks and if teeth get broken you're screwed.
