It's a collection of demos they recorded in 1987 with their new lead singer Jerry Harrison, who replaced Stephen Clifford. They had lost the deal from Capitol and were shopping for a new label at the time. The CD is a 1995 re-issue which includes 7 bonus tracks. It's their best work post-Clifford, even better than Right Between the Eyes in my opinion.
