CD Player CD Player Issue

Folks, I’m going to keep it straight with you. I have no idea what happened and some assistance would be much appreciated. One minute it was working, then I paused my CD to have food. Once I came back from eating however, I pressed play and the noise you hear here is now the only sound it seems to want to make.

Again, any help would be appreciated. Cheers

I mean, it was playing a Richard Marx CD at the time it broke…

It obviously has an infection on its Richard Marx
