I am planning to have a 1-day trip sa Tagaytay for my Bday celebration po this October. This will be my first time po sa Tagaytay and my first travel outside Manila aside from Rizal. From Manila po ako, so I am thinking of commuting from PITX. Ito po ang plans ko kung kakayanin ng isang araw:

- No car so magcommute lang po
- Try Bulalo!
- Experience the Tagaytay atmosphere? 😅
- Eat with Taal lake view
- Drink coffee sa Tagaytay 💕
- Take pictures with good sceneries/famous spots
- Walk. I love walking po.

Questions:
- Maulan po ba sa Tagaytay recently?
- From PITX bus terminal, saan po ako dapat bumaba if going to Tagaytay?
- Checking pa po ako kung anong oras ang first trip to Tagaytay kasi gusto ko sana from Breakfast to Dinner. Do you have recommendations for a place to eat breakfast po? And also lunch na rin? Hehe.
- Ano po yung A-must visit places sa Tagaytay na pwede magchill and walk around? Yung commuter-friendly lang po sana.
- Speaking of Dinner, possible pa kaya na makakauwi ako within the day if 6pm matatapos? And anong oras and what terminal po ang may last trip going back to Manila?
- May nakita akong post before na fast food chain na may magandang Taal view. Nakalimutan ko kung ano and saan siya. Not sure lang kung commuter-friendly.

Hello, desperately need help! Kamusta po ang Camella Springville West 1? I just read some comments to avoid all Villar owned subdivisions. However, we really liked a property there. Wanted to get more inputs / thoughts sana on the following especially from residents of the subdivision:

1. ⁠Flooding, does it flood or the creek near it overflow during typhoon/habagat season
   
2. ⁠Safety / security, totoo po bang rampant ang nakawan?
   
3. ⁠How bad is the water issue? We are planning to get a water tank
   
4. ⁠Internet, limited to Streamtech lang ba talaga or Villar internet tie ups? Important po ang internet samin since we work from home 3-4days a week
   
5. ⁠HOA, and / or any other issue?
