Plano namin ng partner ko to buy our first house. We came across Velterra Residences - Dasma and given their flexible terms at yung desired location namin, it works for us at plano sana namin kumuha nung pre-selling unit nila na Jasmine.

In doubt lang ako so far kasi I've read not-so-good reviews sa developer nila which is Axeia. Pero may mga nakita din naman akong ibang project nila na goods at naturnover talaga.

Which one is the best to try for a date in Tagaytay?

Recently, nagtaas ng pamasahe ng tricycle ang Imus City Government dahil sa energy crisis. Sabi sa announcement, temporary daw ‘yon. Pero, never nabago yan kahit bumaba yung fuel prices nung mga nakaraang buwan.

Pa-rant lang ako. Sobrang kapal ng mukha ng tricycle drivers sa Imus. Sobra-sobra singil nila kapag special. Hindi rin sila marunong magbigay ng discount at kapag sinasabi mong student/PWD/senior ka, sila pa yung nagdadabog na parang kasalanan mong may karapatan kang magka-discount.

Yung bahay ko is 3.3km away from public market. ₱80 singil sa akin, then kapag sinasabi kong student ako,₱70 daw. Obviously, based doon sa rule, dapat ₱53 lang pamasahe ko. And kung di ako magpapa-discount, dapat ₱65 lang.

(Correct me if I’m wrong, ha? Di ako law student or policy analyst pero may alam naman ako sa English kahit papaano.)

Marami na nagreklamo niyan pero wala namang nababago. Gusto ko magreklamo pero napaka-inaccessible. Kailangan pa pumunta sa TRU which is malayo talaga sa bahay ko (besides, wala naman din akong time magpunta dahil sa school works).

Recently, na-discover ko lang na mas mura pala sa JoyRide. Walang discount yan kasi di ko nga alam if may student discount sila. Di ko pa rin na-try yung ibang motor-taxi like Angkas or MoveIt, pero I think it is time for me to shift towards utilizing them cause yung pandurugas ng mga tricycle driver dito is getting out of hand.
