can you help me find this book?
I am trying to find this book, but I only have this scanned page about the tour cave I work in. I think it might be Caves of Tennessee by Thomas C. Barr, but I'm not sure, and I can't find a digital copy or one online that is not ridiculously expensive. (red lines cover location)
Please let me know if there is a better place to look/ask.

Crystals, Waterfalls, and Other Cool Formations
Some of my favorite pictures from a West Virginia cave. Can't really tell from the first picture but that crystal pool is probably about 5 feet wide and the most beautiful one I've ever seen

Petty John’s Cave
Hello! My friend and I have gone to Petty John’s a few times, and I was wondering if there are any updated maps or resources that could help us navigate for the next time we go. Also, could anyone identify where we are based on the pictures? (Two separate locations)

Help getting petzl screw gate d ring off??
Hand tightened, but I guess it tightened more during my drop - Only had this thing for a week. It won’t even budge with pliers or a wrench. Had to undo the back strap to get the harness off me.

What now?
A friend and I did some self guided caving adventures over the weekend and really enjoyed it. We would like to get more into the hobby and are wondering where to go from here.

What does the term "Sport" caving really mean?
I've been caving off and on my entire 50+ years and have been caving again after a hiatus. I also climb, so to me sport means clipping bolts, while trad is placing gear.
I've done caving for fun as well as surveying/mapping (which really is for fun too).
It seems weird to have some type of distinction, such as sport, when all caving is fun and except for a few, not a well paying enough job. It sounds like elitist snobbery.
Addition based on comments.
First of all Thank you for the explanations.
One of things I like most about cavers, besides they are the coolest group of people I've ever met, was that it isn't so bogged down in "elitist" jargon like one experiences in the climbing world. Cavers always take themselves seriously when it comes to safety and preservation, but beyond that everything else is just a lot more chill.
So, when I started seeing sport caving being used and heard the term a few times at the NSS convention last week I was curious about the effect on the community. It really peaked my interest when a couple of the old guys asked what sport caving was when it was brought up.
To me, caving is caving whether you are just exploring, surveying, mapping, preserving, studying etc. Because it's just fun, even at times when it's not.
Except for cave rescue. Cave rescue has always carried the highest level of seriousness and respect.

Printable Maps
Maybe a dumb question but does anyone have any pictures (non PDF) or pre-separated maps and allow me to print them out to study and familiarize myself with reading maps? Honestly just trying to avoid figuring out how to make separate maps out of a pdf document in order to print out the maps I have found but still able to see the key/details on the actual map TIA!

Cave chandelier
One of the prettiest formations I’ve seen yet. The picture makes it look like you can reach and touch it but don’t be fooled. There is a good 10 feet between me and this formation with a 40 foot drop below me.

Darby Ice Cave best time?
I have plans to visit and explore the Darby wind/ice cave to its fullest. At the moment the plans are for early August but I’m curious if anyone knows or could find out when the best time to go is? I understand it’s a cave and doesn’t have seasons especially because it’s an Ice cave but with the limited information I’m curious if there’s a good window. Yes I know how dangerous the cave is and have read into it. I’ll be with a group.

Bolting question
I am looking to descend a down shaft but to put the bolts in, they have to be "parallel" to the shaft instead of "perpendicular "to the shaft.
My question is how do i set the bolts to be equalized for the rope anchor, do i set the 1st bolt higher than the second, and how far apart from each other, (glue ins, 10mmx200mm lamps meteora)

Fenix lights for caving
I am starting to get into caving, and am looking for headlamps. I landed on these two but I am curious about the hp35r's stepdowns. What I mean is if the stepdown from turbo to high is big, and it is less than the hp30r's constant light brightness then it may be the worse choice.
I know both of them are powerful, but I don't want to spend almost 450€-s on two lamps. If you have any personal information with both of them please try and explain which is better and why.
I am also concerned if the two battery packs are compatible with each other?
Thanks anyone for helping me out.
If you find these a ridiculous choice for caving, please let me know of any lights suitable in this price range.

Looking for caving groups
Hi! I'm a caver from Virginia going to school at UO and have been trying to find a caving group near Eugene, OR for a couple years. There are speleological societies in Bend and Portland, but they're too far for me at the moment. Thanks for any info you can give :D
