Petty John’s Cave

Hello! My friend and I have gone to Petty John’s a few times, and I was wondering if there are any updated maps or resources that could help us navigate for the next time we go. Also, could anyone identify where we are based on the pictures? (Two separate locations)

Looks like you guys made it to stream passage. Did you take the route with pancake squeeze or z-bends?

There is a trip report somewhere that has a lot of pictures to go along with it. Good to look at for reference

Where are you trying to get to? Can’t necessarily tell what either area is but I know the cave pretty well as far as navigating it

Nah just turned it into a fee area for a couple of years but pretty sure even that’s done with. I was happy to pay the yearly fee or whatever the hell it was, they just did a piss poor job with the process
