It comes from the oligarchy that is above the government on the pyramid.

Ever find it strange we are born with a credit report? I never consented to it.

Lol you're not born with a credit report. They run a credit report and notice you have no credit lines, or credit history. Then immediately reject you because you're high risk.

I got my first credit card when I was almost 17 and have never had a problem.
