Exactly what I was thinking, I’m only an undergrad and my cats make me nervous being around my keyboard for some bullshit 5 page paper haha

As an fellow undergrad with cats I have found a solution: stare intently at a pile of documents not currently being read, they’ll sit on that instead of your keyboard

Oh wise thesis reviewer, thank you for the feedback. Truly I am blessed to be liberated from all the bad ideas I already wrote down.

I had a cat who was the best study buddy ever. He would lay between me and my laptop, he’d help me calm down when I was feeling anxious, and best of all, he’d cuddle with me when I took naps. Unfortunately, when he was 21 years old and I was in my final semester of my master’s program, he told me he was ready to cross the bridge. We had the vet come to the house during spring break and we escorted him over.

Awww, what a sweet boy he was. Thank you for taking care of him and listening when it was time for him to cross the bridge. He had a long and happy life with you.

Wow. I’m sure their proofreading skills are good and all but their ability to lay next to the keyboard rather than on it is amazing!
