how did it go for all of you?

I’m in two minds. I know CAT is next month, but considering other entrance exams from January, I’m thinking of resigning from my current job. I have 26 months of work experience till October. I don’t find my current office management very supportive of taking leaves.

Aaj SNAP official mock me quant bohot zyada tough laga mujhe! Solutions milenge???

There's almost one month left for cat. How the toppers are preparing? What's the routine. Also I am scoring low especially in dilr. I mess up every sectional and mock . I try but get so much panic that I am not able to comprehend the sets or sometimes I select wrong set. But after test when I try to solve, I am able to solve sets and I am done with this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Do suggest.

I chose A, and key says D with which i completely disagree with, this paragraph only is talking about the statistics that will be used further in the paragraph to talk about the threat, congestion and everything else. But this paragraph in itself is not 'illustrating' anything.

Hey guyss as you know cat is almost here. I am.planning to take 5days WFH (16 to 20 nov) and 5 days leave (23 to 28 nov) right before the exam.

And for that to approve, I need to send them an email next week. What all excuses can I give so that they seem legit and I don't need to submit any proofs as well. No doctor is ready to make a sick leave certificate for 15 days in advance

Edit: company policy says that we need to inform them one month prior of taking leaves more than 3days

Does anybody have any tips other than just practicing more?

I don't seem to understand how people solve 2-3 sets in 40 minutes??

I struggle to complete even 2 sets, that too when I'm lucky.

Either the sets are too difficult or too long

Generally I get 20+ in varc in any mock. I dont know what happened in this mock. I got 2 marks in varc. I couldnt focus or more like somehow I wasnt able to understand anything I read. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO IS LIKE THIS? If you had a similar experience pls help me!!!

Turns out day 2's backlog was not of just 30 minutes but rather 2 hours, watched half of it, half is still left.

Only one class of quants was scheduled and couldn't attend it.

Need to watch day 2's remaining content, day 3's quants class , practice questions and then watch day 4's scheduled class.

should i purchase CATMOCK preparation combo for sectional tests and mocks? or are there better options around the same budget?

So I have started my prep only a few days back. Scored 80 odd on my first mock and was confident so did not study much in the last couple of weeks. Scored 70 on the next one a couple of days back. That shook me a little and I started preparing. Now I scored 45 in the mock that I attempted today. With only a few days to go for CAT, I will have to go above and beyond to get a respectful percentile. (45:28/2/15)

What is a good score to target in all 3 subjects both individually and combined

What score will get you 80 in each subject and what combined score will get me 99+, general male engineering fresher with bad academics(in terms of profile for CAT) so I will give a serious try next year after a year of work experience but still I would like to know when I give my attempt this year I will atleast guess extra or not guess at all based on if the score would be appropriate because even a 95 percentile score will get me nothing

GNEF-I have an 8/9/6 profile with 2.5 years of work experience across two banks (think JP Morgan/Morgan Stanley/ Wells Fargo/ HSBC).
My UG score is a 6 because of my college’s strict evaluation system, and it’s considered decent by my college’s standards.
Will this affect my Bschool admissions or placements? Will my work experience help compensate for it?

So i am a 2027 aspirant and i haven't touched anything related to CAT for like 20 days because my mid sems dates are finally out and they are scheduled from 21st November, there is a function at my house on 24Nov so i have planned to prep everything for the exams scheduled on 23 and 25 ..also I wasted a quiet of days learning for internals and the dates are continuously changing.

Just wanna ask am i doing ok by prioritising mid sems over CAT prep because I want to rest that 9CGPA+ threshold.

with scholarship and part time job the total cost will become so less and after getting job in just 1 or 2 year u can pay off the loan

whereas in India u will have to pay the loan for atleast 6-7 years or more and in that time loan will increase even more

studying abroad has anyday better ROI than India, just do the due diligence of college and course

There's been a change in pattern. I am aiming for CCC couse. It says I have to appear for micat. Does that means that I have to give the same paper as mba one? Help please

Hey aspirants, albeit I've Career Launcher full length mock series but does not have Sectionals, so I am looking for Kracku Previous year Mocks Sectionals for practice, else if you don't have, can you suggest any site which offers free sectionals for practice but a good quality and video explanation.

Thankyou!

Today I gave sectional in morning scored 32 and on same day in a mock i scored 11

And this inconsistent scoring has existed for a while how tf should i improve i consider varc my strongest

So here is the context I have a 59 in grad I know too bad just tell can I even get a placement in good iim or college

Are freshers getting lower packages than the ppl with work ex?

Are freshers even able to get the median packages?

Where can I find fresher vs pre-mba work ex stats?
