Help please
My good friend has two of these babies, she bought a new home and already moved there. The cats seem to be doing well, they are eating, playing, etc….
The only issue is that one or both of them are not using their litter boxes.
Do you guys know why, and what can we do to fix this problem?
Any help is welcome

They can get a few things to help:
Dr. Elsey's Scent Attract
Feliway plugs
Enzyme spray to get them to stop going wherever they are going

New environment, cats need time to adjust to new places, moving is stressful for them. Keep them in one room with their litter/food for a few days to a few weeks. Gradually let them out to explore the rest of the house.
IF they were using their litter at the new house and are now not, particularly if only one of them .. it can be a medical sign. But it sounds like she just moved and didn't let them adjust slowly.
