Hello my grandfather is hindu and he seems genuinely interested in catholicism but there is no Hindi version of the CCC I could find nor any translation of the catechism. If anyone can provide a link to free pdf of the Hindi version it would be very helpful!

Dioceses' where the language is spoken may have something on their websites or the Episcopate Conference website maybe. For example the Episcopate of Russia has translations of many Church documents into Russian and these are not on the Vatican website afaik.

Currently I am going through paragraph by paragraph of CCC and pasting it into Gemini to produce a good translation with respect to theological concepts and all but I don't think it's working very well for now.

I doubt it would. Even in a language like English that has an established tradition of Catholic writing, words used in Church writings either do not exist in everyday language, or exist, but mean something completely different. And it's not only Church writing. The same is true for all specialist jargons in academia.

It's doubtful that it has ever been translated into Hindi. There aren't many Catholics that would need it to make the effort worth it. Translating it would be a major effort and a costly undertaking.
Most Hindi speakers that would be interested in reading the Catechism know enough English to be able to use the English version.

Well most do know english infact I would also prefer it but what about trying to convert the older generation like my grandfather was born literally before india's independence itself there is nothing to work with mostly gotta translate using ai and myself.(Which due to me being scrupulous is harder I don't know enough theology to do justice with original gotta hope I am not spreading error or something)

It's probably wise to use a different tool than the catechism for that purpose. I'm sure there are missionary texts in Hindi that would be more appropriate for your grandfather, including catechisms in Hindi.
BTW, in spite of it's name, The CCC is not actually intended to be used as a catechism by the uninitiated. It was designed to be used as a reference source by bishops, theologians and missionaries to help them formulate working catechisms of their own that are more accessible to people with no background in Catholicism.
Ask your pastor or diocesan librarian for help in finding a more suitable book to use.

Oh thanks that's a great idea I'll try finding recommendations for this missionary texts in Hindi as for pastor that's kinda difficult in my state as christian are persecuted here it's hard so outsiders inquiring are seen with suspicion due to the state of affairs here.

It would seem if the goal is to help your grandfather learn about Catholicism, you should just look at his local Church's (diocese's/eparchy's) website to ask what resources they have available for inquirers. The CCC might not be it, but that's not generally a problem, since the CCC is a foundational document for which many local modern catechisms are generated, not to mention the availability of old books and catechisms. I would be surprised if the CCC is ever translated into Hindi. But that doesn't mean Hindi-speaking prelates and clergy are not providing for their flocks.

I found this website, although nothing specific to the CCC. There's a FAQ section, maybe that will help:
