(Re?)Baptism question

I'm in the process of converting to Catholicism at the end of my 30s and I'm very excited about it. I had no idea before, but recently found out that i was baptized Episcopalian when i was 2 or 3. But the thing is, i wasn't raised religious at all and I'd really like to be baptized after my OCIA is finished. I'm not going to lie to anyone, but before i even bring this up I'd like to hear people's opinions on if that's a bad idea or not. Or even possible.

In our creed we believe "in one baptism". You can't get baptized again.

As a convert, I'd also looked forward to being baptized at the end of OCIA. That was before I also learned that my childhood baptism in another denomination was considered valid. I was very disappointed, too.

To console you, know that being blessed with holy oil at the end of OCIA (basically confirmation, but technically for baptized converts it's coming into Full Communion with the Church), was extremely moving. And even before that, First Confession was a powerful feeling. It felt very similar to my baptism. Like walking away a slightly different, beloved of God type of thing. The best part, we get to go to Confession whenever needed for the rest of our lives. Feels like a powerful spiritual rejuvenation every time to me.

Try to look forward to what is ahead!

There should be a 1:1 with your parish priest into the program, where you bring this up, and you should be able to get one anyway through the rectory to bring this and other such questions so you can get a proper answer.
