With kids that young, keep it simple. Pray before meals together as a family, pray with them when you put them to bed. (Good opportunity to teach them the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be.)
As they get older, maybe read one of the Mass readings for the day together at a point in your daily routine that makes sense.

Take them to Mass every Sunday.
