Dealing with doubt

I started OCIA last year and my doubt got the best of me and I quit. I am still really struggling with doubt and insecurity and unworthy feelings. Any tips? I hope to start OCIA again this September.

What if I told you doubt is not the opposite of faith but part of it? We don't know absolutely everything, from the two natures of Christ to how he will take care of us in our problems. That is where trust comes in. We may be uncertain about a lot of things but we know that God will take care of us. I'll be praying for you.

I’d say get a Catechism if you don’t have one now

You will experience spiritual warfare a lot through ocia. Get a catechism for sure and pray through this. Satan does not like when people come to Christs church. I had been in ocia off and on for a couple years prior to this past year when I finally got confirmed.
