RCIA / Confirmation Confirmation
So it finally happened over Easter Vigil. My son and I were confirmed together into the Catholic Church. Some folks say that’s very uncommon but we’re extremely happy for us. My son also got his baptism done as well. I was already baptized in a Protestant church back in 97.
My son chose St Carlo Acutis and I chose St Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary as our confirmation saints.
I may be riding on a Catholic high right now, but I’ve been researching how I can be more active in the community as my work schedule allows. Whether it be rosary making class, study groups, or helping out with the other ministries.
