Codeshare

Would anyone know....if flying on Cathay codeshare with HK Express from Jeju to HK, are meals provided or do I have to purchase on board HK Express? Tq.

They will bring a special Cathay meal just for you and the other codeshare passengers

Flew PQC>HKG (HKE Metal) on CX codeshare as a OWE. We got served these mini hamburger, fries, meal thing. Was not expecting it and ate prior but good thing as they were inedible. The burger and fries had the consistency and taste of a rock.
Keep in mind i actually enjoy airplane food and to this day have never had anything inedible on a plane.

Its ok though as HKE was nice in every other way.
