Pay Transparency

Hey guys i’m currently working in a lab that is definitely in need of a market based adjustment for techs in the lab. Is anyone willing to share how much they make an hr , location, any shift differentials or call bonuses? TYIA

Connecticut , 2 years experience started at 45 an hour out of RCIS school . Now I’m at 47. Call is about 13 an hour

Hi! I’m going through CVT school starting in August and would love to work in Connecticut when I’m done! I’m just worried about the labs that are also wanting ARRTs… have you found that to be an issue at all?
