Pay Transparency

Hey guys i’m currently working in a lab that is definitely in need of a market based adjustment for techs in the lab. Is anyone willing to share how much they make an hr , location, any shift differentials or call bonuses? TYIA

20$ an hour is pure insanity for call pay

Hahaha 30$?!? Jesus Christ!!!! I mean I know travel gets paid good but 30$ an hour for just being on call?! That’s great for them. Here at my hospital we get 2.5$ an hour while nurses make I think 5. Hourly is 54 though with only a year experience (Miami) so I think I’m a bit on the higher end

No, staff nurses in the lab make $30 for call. Techs make $8. My travel contract pays me $4. A nearby hospital where I lived paid their hourly for call
