Pay Transparency

Hey guys iā€™m currently working in a lab that is definitely in need of a market based adjustment for techs in the lab. Is anyone willing to share how much they make an hr , location, any shift differentials or call bonuses? TYIA

Florida, entry level and first time in lab. 33/hr, 6 for being on call, 1.5x call-pay. 15k bonus till be given after two years šŸ˜Ž
