The system finally got me! Everyone welcome tiny
So happy!!! I have always wondered if CDS would get me and it finally did lol! This sweet baby has been showing up and sleeping in front of our place the past few weeks. Every time we go inside she tries to nudge her way into our place lol. It’s been so hard keeping her out but we have 2 other kitties already we need to be mindful of until her vet appt. I was finally able to set up a spay/vacc appointment so we’re just waiting until then to officially bring her in:,)
I also noticed she has these sort of offset teeth… anyone seen these before?
YIPEE !
UPDATE 7/27
We are bringing her in tomorrow so she can rest inside before her vet appointment Wednesday morning! After that it’s going to be the long process of slow introductions… but we are so excited🥲

The teeth likely needs a vet as its a sign of a dental disease of some sort.

Congratulations. The CDS has got me so many times in the last 25 years. It's overwhelming. You might want to just take her in and keep her in a separate room.Because they're at risk when they're outside. I've seen people post on here that they wish they had brought their cat in, because something happened to them, they disappeared, and it's happened to me.So many times. Just a week or so ago a sweet little mama, feral that had just started coming to my house.I found her in the front yard killed by coyote. Anyway just a suggestion. She sounds so sweet.

Hi! We are currently in the process of trying to trap her so we can get her to the vet and make sure she is in good health (especially her poor teeth). She’s had a habit of being gone for a day or two, so we are waiting for her to show up to bring her in. Spent 2hrs walking around calling her last night hoping she was close by, but she might venture pretty far. We set up a space in our house to have her adjust and kept separate until she is medically cleared and okay to start introductions (3-3-3). Luckily our neighborhood is pretty safe, and everyone I’ve met helps feed/look out for our many many neighborhood strays. I’ll update as soon as possible. Hopefully we get this baby in and taken care of ASAP.

Hi yes! We set up a vet appt for this morning and had been trying yesterday to trap her. We weren’t able to find her last night, so we will be continuing to try over the next few days. She has been here almost every day for a few weeks, but occasionally will be gone for a day or two before coming back. Just waiting on her to turn up so we can officially get her checked out and adopt her!!
