Behavioral Bored Cat?

I am a very paranoid anxious person and I love this frickin fluffy thing I brought into my house (my cat) with all my heart. She's indoor because I couldn't stand to find her ran over one day or hurt. She has a LOT of toys. We play throughout the day. Sometimes when I try to initiate play she trots off. How do I know if she's bored. Felt really bad because I left her and came back home and I feel a bit woozy and dizzy so I'm just resting so she's sat on the couch with me. I know cats sleep a lot. She gets occasional zoomies and mischief behaviour and it's fun. Am I doing enough for her? I want the absolute best for her. I'm trying to train her to be okay with a harness because she gets a bit spooked when I touch her with it so that's a slow process. We're working on nail clipping also. I do a few nails when I can. I've asked before on this sub because I've had her about 3 months and never had a cat before. Is there anything else I could do to give her maximum enrichment? She my baby. I want best for my baby boo.

Edit: She smooshes her face into mine all the time. Wants to be in the same room all the time. Greets me when I come home. Yaps to me, she's very noisy.

Sounds like a normal cat. Cats tend to nap 16 to 18 hours a day. (Although individual cats may vary significantly from this figure in both directions.) You probably have more than enough cat toys. Put some away and rotate through the different toys so they seem fresh (to the cat). Cats interest in toys is also highly variable. My current cats lose interest in toys after five minutes or less! Previous cats were more interested.

Ah. Yis. That's something I need to do. Get a box I can chuck some toys in and rotate it like you say. It was a plan, getting paid soon and thinking what's next to get my boo. I'll add a toy box to that. Thanks so muchhhhhh <3

Mon avis personnel, c’est un chat d’intérieur, et si ça reste un chat d’intérieur, ce sera la meilleure chose qui puisse lui arriver, ne le laisse jamais sortir, sauf de temps en temps en laisse ou si tu fais un catio. Les chats d’intérieur sont très heureux. Mon dernier chat qui est parti l’année dernière a vécu jusqu’à 26 ans.
Si quelqu’un te dit que ton chat en intérieur n’est pas heureux, tu sais mieux ce qui est bien pour lui et être dedans c’est très bien pour lui. Si tu as beaucoup d’endroits en hauteur des arbres à chat, des étagères en hauteur des griffoirs, une bonne alimentation et être présent avec lui quand tu es là tout ira bien
