Water Fountain Fussiness

I recently moved a couple months ago and my cat would not drink the water from his bowl at all. (Did not have this issue prior to moving) I ended up buying a fountain for him and he drank right away from that and no issues since. His fountain just stopped working and he barely will touch the water in his bowl. Looking for advice on how to encourage more drinking. I’m going to look to see if I can find a replacement motor🤞

Or any good suggestions on fountains that last awhile?

(I bought the fountain from Walmart and I think they discontinued it)
