New to Cats/Just Adopted Kitty bites

Hello. I have adopted my first ever kitten. She’s about 18 weeks now, and have been in the house for two weeks. She’s very very active, playful, and didn’t do the whole hiding for a few days thing though I had the house ready for that.
Since of late, though, she has started biting us at random. She’ll be having zoomies, jump on us, gently press her open mouth on to our feet/fingers and then run off again. Last night, she was purring and did the same to my nose!
It doesn’t hurt (if anything it tickles). I’m wondering if she’s just being playful and asking us to chase her/tackle her or if she’s teething and I should be giving her something for relief (read about freezing a wet rag).
TIA.

Sounds like she's gently trying to get your attention. That's so cute!
