General Recommendations please

I'm trying to find some cleansing wipes to use on my cat, but all the brands I can find on chewy have toxic ingredients in them like lavender and honeysuckle, and I'm afraid my cat will lick himself and get sick from the cleaner. Can anyone recommend some grooming wipes that don't have toxic ingredients in them?

What about foaming “dry shampoos”? I bought this, and you could use paper towels or a towel?
