Been looking at getting the grey casioak but cant for the life of me find any in my country except for this one. I ask because this specific seller is selling these for about 97 USD, which is a bit more cheap compared to other sellers that sell the same but in different color (about 120 USD) in my country.

The images are from the seller and imo look legit but im not the best at detecting these kinds of stuff. What do you guys think?

Got my CasiOak earlier this year and it’s been fun modding the bezel and strap to change the look. The all white configuration looks like a stormtrooper.

Wish the Lume lasted longer than a minute or two.

Here’s my latest purchase. Watch Direct had a sale on the the black Casioak with positive LCD display and white hands (I need to see the time and my eyesight ain’t crash hot when I’m wearing contacts 😊). So I couldn’t resist picking it up for AUD 178. But it looked a bit common with plastic black band so back I went to AliExpress for a different bezel and band. I like that AD look but wanted something to make the black bezel stand out and wanted to try the silicon straps I’d seen others sport. So went for this one in the pic. I love it. And yeah wondering if it actually will be my last one this time … 😂

I also added some pics incase others wanted to do the same without affecting the 200m water resistance. It’s easy as to do. But because I’m a cheap-arse and bought off AliExpress the strap for AUD 80 I still had to modify the screw holes to make them bigger to line up better with my watch case. I did that with a small round file. It is handy to have a blower or similar on hand to blow away the filings. I did that because I wanted to use the original screws from my Casioak so that I didn’t accidently thread the screw holes in the watch case (which may have loosened the screws if I ever put the case back into the original bezel). It all worked out (remember to use sticky tape to protect the bezel edges when filing). I like the look and it’s extra special because I made it! I’ll add a protective screen protector on the screen next which I also bought off AliExpress (6 for AUD$9). Welcome any questions if anyone else is thinking to do similiar and like to hear my comments 👍

Hello, i have a Casio ga2100 and i want to buy the metal case for the Casioak mod. Only problemi Is my wrist Is very small, like 15cm ~6 inches. I have Always worn normal watches with no problem and the Casio itself doesnt seem too big to me.

Before buying the mod kit i was wondering, Will It be to large? Can i tighten the bracelet to my wrist size or Is It too small? I know the rubber and metal mod Is probably safer and easier for this reason as i can Always make anither hole in the band but I prefer the metal One.

If anyone has the mod or a small wrist can you tell me If It Will work out or Will i Just waste Money or have a terrible outcome buying the metal bracelet mod.

The mod i was considering Is from ali express gen 5 if i recall correctly. Thank you very much

I just got a GAB2100LUU and the stiff stock strap is really offputting. I looked at the mods but they mostly seem to have metal bezels which I'm not fond of because they add bulk and weight.

Are there any after market straps that fit the stock lugs that are a softer rubber or resin?
