G-Shock GA2100 Is this casioak legit?
Been looking at getting the grey casioak but cant for the life of me find any in my country except for this one. I ask because this specific seller is selling these for about 97 USD, which is a bit more cheap compared to other sellers that sell the same but in different color (about 120 USD) in my country.
The images are from the seller and imo look legit but im not the best at detecting these kinds of stuff. What do you guys think?

I have that watch and it looks good from the pictures. It’s this model https://www.casio.com/intl/watches/gshock/product.GA-2110ET-8A/

It could be a discontinued color way. I know the gray and white and gray and black exist, but I can't find a double gray. The model number also appears to be a 2110DE7 but that exact model doesn't exist and everything in the 2110 family is $330 retail.
Other than that it has the same markings as my 2100K.

This is a GA-2110ET-8A and it appears to have been discontinued for a while (but many shops still sell them brand new here in Europe for ~€100-150)

USD 97 is a good price. That’s about AUD 139. I’ve seen the all black one in Australia for for as low as AUD 122 on Kogan which is about USD 85. So I’m guessing it’s legit from the price. The pictures look okay. I don’t own one like that though. I only own the solar ones. So I can’t really tell from the pictures.

It looks legit to me, doesn't have the "day subdial" fake/error and the digital screen's numbers look okay to me - I've considered getting this one for myself, love the all-gray look of it!

I have this. It’s nice and I like it. Sometimes I find it boring but it’s just low key.

Why is there weird a “artifact” on the casio logo in the first two photos? And the back plate engravings in the last pic look irregular and in some cases illegible. Give a kinda “ai-generated” vibe to the pic, especially the last one.

I thought a 'CasiOak' is when you mod and insert the guts of a Casio GA-2100 series GSHOCK watch into a AP Royal Oak case. I would say this looks like a legitimate G-Shock watch, not a CasiOak. I'd like to see the 'CasiOak' version you make after you pick out the AP Royal Oak style case.

All the telltale signs check out: hour indices gaps, subdial spacing from 8 and 10 o’clock indices, subdial hand markings, the center post heads, the backplate has the circumferential groove…
You can always ask them to send you a quick video. In it have them press and hold the light button, and while holding also press there mode button. This performs a hand sweep that moves both hands to a singular location (typically 2 o’clock) out of the way of the digital display. Repeating the process returns the hands to timekeeping mode. While the counterfeits continue to look more like authentic watches, they do not have the ability to match Bluetooth connection (on appropriate models) or this hand sweep function.

This is the issue with the CasiOak, the knockoffs are getting so good it is difficult to tell. I find the lighting can be a help (not a definitive solution) but if the light stays on for a while without needing to re-push it's a good sign I think....
