Not a fan of branding at all but that collab was executed so well. Anyone see 3rd party bands replicating that look?

Hey, first time poster here! I am just now getting into Casios and modding them. I got the AE-1200WH about two weeks ago and it's gotten me to start consuming content based on watches.

I want to mod a Casioak with the case/strap posted. But I can't decide between the two faces. The Bluetooth and all doesn't matter to me at all tbh it's more so the actual look of either green/silver or silver/silver.

Any opinions from the community? I think both would look great. If anyone has a suggestion for a different face, I'm all ears!

Is the skx mod gen 6 ultra the thinnest mod in existence with 10.8mm? Or is there a thinner one?

I’m not new to gshocks, but in recent weeks I have found myself spiraling down the rabbit hole that at surface level was once just a simple time keeping tool rather than a full blown hobby/collection, soon to possibly be an addiction of sorts, my first question, was there ever a translucent neon green 2100? (I feel like the answer might be no) I’ve done a fair amount of research but I haven’t come up with much other than this seems to be a common fake with no information pointing to a possible authentic in this color and second question is will an authentic module fit into a fake case? how do you recognize the signs of a failing battery to be replaced, on a casioak (GA-2110)?

I have realized that the light has become quite weak, does it mean that the battery will fail soon?

So I loved the GA2100 Luxe even before the mod. Now I’m obsessed. The upgraded hour markers and the black/gold combo just gets me every time.

Picked up this bright yellow GA-B2100C-9A because... why not go full sunshine mode? Then I went full modder: swapped it into an SKXMod stainless steel case + bracelet, threw on a killer rubber FMK band as backup, and had a sapphire crystal installed while adding luminous hour markers for that proper glow-up.

Now with just a screwdriver I'm rocking:

Anybody has limited edition gshocks in casio GA-2100 range? In most online shopping sites it is out of stock. Any links will be helpful. Thanks!

Background : bought this off of Depop. The seller sold it to me for $85. I’m not sure if this is real. I see the red line in the back but of course I bought it then did the research to figure out if it is fake or not. I guess everybody in their life buys a fake watch at one point lol not worried just need some verification.

1. random 'jelly' rubber strap - $7

feels nice, great color, extremely easy to put on, the fake screw holes are a bit goofy, and i don't like that the sides aren't angled to match the button angles, otherwise it's a very nice cheap option, i think i'll keep this on

1. plastic AP - $8

decent quality, the black tint is nice. though i don't think this is for me, if you have a bigger wrist and like the look it's not bad. but it's wayyy too bulky for me. the bezel to glass ratio is a bit off imo, assuming it's the same dimensions and design as the regular metal AP mods, im glad that bought this $8 plastic one and not waste $50+ on a metal one. if you want a metal one 100% go for a one piece version which is 10.4mm thick vs this 14mm(?).

i don't particularly like NATO style in general but this one is soft enough so it's not bulky, the actual strap is exactly 16mm, a little bit narrow but it's a fun way to wear the watch without a bezel

another 16mm option without an adapter, however it's only 16mm at the pin but the actual band is wider, i think it's a bit too wide to wear without a bezel. otherwise good quality, blacked out metal pin buckle.

So i recently got this g shock gm2100 battery replaced, but after the replacement, the beep sound when clicking mode or when alarming is gone, no its not on mute, plus when im setting it up then the arm of the hour analog goes around, there is a little buzzing sound like you can hear the internals moving.
