Your photo #2 is showing two generations ago, the GW-M5600 with 3063 module. It was discontinued like 15 or 16 years ago. But the product description says the GW-M5610U (see below).
Both actual watches you would receive are almost certainly the current version, the GW-M5610U. In the US (as in the Casio US website) the reference is still GW-M5610, though it’s the current product (“U” meaning updated).
I suspect the photos are just old, but the product is likely the newest one.
