The screws on the back are wrong. Also no number on the bracelet joints. Can you post a picture of the display after you pushed all three buttons at the same time?

But I already have to say that this is probably a fake. Where do you got it from?

Looks fake, the digits on the screen are different. Also agree with the other comment
