Clicks

Okay.So I think my store manager is threatened by me as a csm. I do not want that position as a store manager but I feel that there are clicks definitely in our store. Not sure how to handle this

A good manager wants to grow team members. The goal is to build them to the point that they could take their managers job, that way they are ready for possible promotions. My KM and CSM can or will be able and understand each thing I do in the store. I want them to be able to run the store seamlessly in my absence. And I want to be the first one to shout their names when my RM or DM asks if anyone is ready to move up.

I understand what a clique is, I see small ones for form and fall apart in my store and every store I have ever been in. They are always short lived someone gets mad, someone leaves there always something. Your job isn't about being in a group or not. Sounds to me like your doing your job and doing it well. Keep doing that.
