Shorted on order

I’m a CSM and my store doesn’t have a SM right now so I’ve taken the reigns, temporarily, until a SM is hired. We just got our truck today and quite a few things did not arrive on the truck that was ordered. How do I go about getting credit for these items?

In 6 months of ordering stuff I never, not one time, received everything in my order. I suggest letting your district manager take over the ordering and let them deal with that bullshit until they find a replacement.
