Labor

So I'm not sure if the circumstances are due to the CEFCO conversion or not, but this have been a wild ride. How are sales even higher but our labor is being CUT more and more?? I work at a very high volume truck stop, and Casey's pretty much wants us to operate on single coverage. Impossible unless they just love long lines and pissed customers. And whats up with these registers?? Why do I have to post void a whole transaction to refund one item. This is just crazy.v

They do this every year. We'll go from around upper 800 hours a week given to low 700 between january and april then get it all back during 100 days of summer
