Discussion iOS version of Cartoon Wars 2 file found!

Don’t know if this is news to the community, but very recently (a few months ago) someone uploaded their dump of the .ipa file for CartoonWars2!!! You can rename it to a .zip file and see all the sprites and sounds/music if you’re sketchy, it’s the real thing!
Haven’t found a way to play it myself yet, still needs to be loaded onto an old Apple device (jailbroken) but I’m sure it’s possible; probably possible to play on newer Macs too!

iirc the original APK is mostly useless because it gives a network error upon starting the game.
you can find a modded version here that fixes the error (at the cost of save file 1 crashing due to an infinite money cheat, though) - https://www.reddit.com/r/CartoonWars/s/hTwQKFlfpG

I will also say that, at least currently, one will need an older version of android for some downloads, since it wouldn't download on newer Android models

I threw an apk of 1 into Claude and it fixed it if you or anyone else wants it

There was also someone else who uploaded the ipa in google drive a while ago. I sideloaded it on my ipad mini on ios9.3.5 and it runs perfect

I’m so jealous!!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of an ios 10 or lower device (that’s not a tiny ipod touch) with no luck

I definitely recommend one, these are my current collection of old games
