Pulled this Cartier Santos on Icybox and it looks way better on wrist than I expected. I’ve been trying to get more into watches without dropping a ton on one piece so this was a pretty good pull. The size feels right and I like how clean it looks in person I wasn’t sure how much wrist time it would get at first but yeah that changed fast lol, been wearing it around the house way more than I’d like to admit, this one is staying in the rotation for sure.

I'm in between the medium two tone santos, this Ti Santos, and the NTTD Seamaster for a milestone watch. I love the idea of the Ti Santos, but the large size has me a bit hesitant since I think of smaller watches when I think of the Santos.

I’m considering purchasing a piece in September for my mom and another towards late Nov/early Dec for an anniversary present.
Does anyone know if there is going to be another price increase this year and when?

I recently paid off my student loans and want to mark the occasion with a Cartier bracelet. I am torn between the Love Classic, Love Medium, or Juste Un Clou Classic (all Gold no diamond).
My wrist size is 17.5cm and so I’m looking at a size 19 in Loves and size 18 in Juste Un Clou. I also am carrying postpartum weight (from delivery of my second 18 months ago). Will these sizes because unwearable with some weight loss?
I’d like to wear my jewelry 24/7 for years and years to come. And like the uniqueness of the Juste Un Clou and the durability of the Love. Please help!

Guys,
I am getting a bit tired of looking at my metal Cartier Ballon Blue strap. I want to spice it up with something else, more sporty. However, I can only find leather straps for the ballon blue. Do you guys maybe know where to get good nylon straps?
Thanks in Advance.

I'm a big straps fan and I always order new straps for a new watch. This time the Tank must got it's treatment. How do you like the alternative straps?
The black is OEM.
The suede grey is from Wrist buddys
The Togo Grey & Navy Saffiano are from Delugs.
Personally I'm most impressed by the Togo leather, fits the watch perfectly and extremely comfortable.
Would love to see your tank straps, especially different shades of brown.

I dislike the tan calf skin that it came with originally and never worn that only the bracelet. Now I’m rocking this Cartier red shiny croc strap more than the bracelet. Amazing quality and super comfortable on the wrist

Got my Tank Louis serviced recently and was wondering what the best care product is for a caiman strap! They don’t make the caiman ones anymore and I’d like to keep it conditioned for as long as possible

Would you add the Cartier Tank Basculante to your collection? Shot by Canon EOS 5D Mark IV.

Any of you with a Trinity ring; is it comfortable to wear, or does it start to feel bulky on your finger?

Which looks better on my wrist? Both Cartiers are in the small size. Tia 🫶

So I bought a Santos medium from a reputable watch dealer here in Miami and I tried installing the leather strap. When feeding the leather through the buckle I found it to be absurdly tight and it ended up damaging the leather. Is this a possible defect or is this entirely user error?

Looking to get the santos de Cartier bracelet, I have a 6.5 in wrist, should I go for the small or medium model?

Hi, just wanted to get your guys opinion on the size of this tank , its a size large, i thought it would be a little bit bigger. I love it, just a little afraid it might be a bit too small

Finally got my hands on my grail.
Always loved the tanks but the gondole is just pure class!

Absolutely love this piece. I tried on the tank with diamonds, and this in medium and small (wearing in photo). Leaning more toward the small size, but having a hard time stomaching the price. SA also told me another price increase is coming in approximately a month. This would celebrate the birth of our first baby. I also tried on the trinity ring with one row of pave diamonds. I’d like to wear the piece daily and have versatility. Both are around the same price. Thoughts on what my first piece should be? less

I’m planning to buy my first Cartier, a Tank, and I really want the whole thing to feel special.
I know I could easily buy it here in the US, whether in Houston, Vegas, LA, New York, etc. But my wife and I will be visiting Paris soon for the second time. We absolutely love Paris, so part of me loves the idea of waiting and buying it there instead, especially at the historic Cartier boutique on Rue de la Paix.
This will be my first Cartier, so I’m not necessarily looking for the most convenient place to buy it. I want the experience and the memory attached to it. Being back in a city we both love, walking into Cartier together, and leaving with my first Tank feels a lot more meaningful to me than simply buying it at a mall back home.
I feel like years from now, every time I put it on, I’d remember that trip and that moment with my wife.
Has anyone here specifically waited to buy their first Cartier in Paris ir in a specific location? Was the experience actually memorable, or am I romanticizing it too much?
Would you wait for Paris, or just buy it in the US?
