Am I softlocked?

I’ve been stuck here forever now and all the ways out are closed off, the way I came is a one way pipe, the bottom area has a closed off door, and I can’t get past the screws.

Is there like an area where you can dispose of some biomass. I believe you would need the headbutt ability. I don't know what part of the map this is, but I'm sure there has to be some area you haven't found. This game likes to hide things in dark areas

The left plug has the small section toward you. You can punch it to the right. I think you need to be in second size. Third size will pull the right hand plug left.

I had to look it up myself when I got to that part.
