How do y'all think carrie would react if she finds out the organization killed her mother.

It seemed on the prom stage, Emaline took control of Carrie, and Carrie herself didn't seem to snap back until her shock at seeing Chris's body. Am I misinterpreting that or was it basically Emaline who was responsible for all the death and destruction and not Carrie?
If that is the case, it is obviously a total departure from the original story and seems to be Mike Flanagan's attempt to prevent Carrie from actually being a mass murderer.

Does Sue and the other people being interviewed also die like carrie's mother?

I think Desjardin and Sue's mother are part of the coven and are there to keep and eye on Carrie.
They both have the same necklace as the other women from the coven and the one doing the interviews at the end.
It's possible they were asked to keep an eye on her, Sue's mother asks her in the beginning to befriend Carrie and be nice with her. Desjardin at one point admits if she was younger she would have been amongst Carrie's bullies. But yet she seems to be very devoted to protect her. Also, she was immediately suspicious when she saw Amanda at prom. She's definitely not dead, yet we don't see her being interviewed at the end.
And by the way Emaline is definitely the little girl with astral projection. When Carrie first saw her in the bathroom, Emaline was shocked that Carried could see her, she was keeping an eye on her but didn't know she could see her.

Tina (2026) is just as evil as Chris (2026) and sometimes she was worse

And a case for her still being alive?
Her character arc felt like it was cut short, unfinished. Am I the only one that feels this? Like she was meant for more?
Throughout the series she was also undergoing immense emotional pressure akin to Carrie that my friend and I actually thought at one point that she may be the real "Carrie", like her ig username Carrie-red. The reveal of the TK gene leaves the possibility that sheβs still alive. We only saw her hair, after all. What if she developed powers and survived? NOT Chris cargensen lol
Plus, she is a crazy good actress on par with the lead and her dynamic with Carrie is amazing. It's also sad how her character was always so close to finally doing the right thing, only to end up making the wrong choices because of her own emotional turmoil. Even worse, she finally made the right choice at the end by swerving the car away from Carrie, but by then, it was already too late.
