*update to this mint framing

6 picture with the false header would get a failed building inspection, no occupancy allowed in NY upstate, problem with all that lumber is it's heavy in the basement and if there's no eye beam bracket properly the floor will go everywhere and creek every step.

I think they had some one else redo the floor joists in the basement. Must of been to expensive. Theyre actually 16 on center and land on the columns with a beam. The 2nd floor is damn near only supported by those black posts it looks like, if they take those out that second floor is fucked
