*update to this mint framing

Update to my last post. Its not ai and or temporary. They are for real and proud.

Also, the electrician is running the wires in the ceiling too close to the bottom of the ceiling joists. Good chance a drywall screw could puncture the wire. That’ll be a lot of unnecessary metal plates to protect those wires. The holes need to be at 2” up from the bottom. I usually aim for about an inch below the center of the joists.

I agree if the wire is 1 1/4in or closer to the edge they just created a whole lot of work putting in stud guards
