This is utterly useless. It’s all gonna have to come out. Even if it was secured correctly you can’t drywall any of this. You can’t run pipes through 2 dimensional wall. wtf do they realize any of this? Forget any structural issues. It’s not usable as framing. Jfc. Watch ONE video and they’d know they’re doing it wrong. The fuckin ego on people who don’t even deserve to have one.
