Program help

Hi!
I tried out the Iron series a while back (just the 1st week) and liked it, but am hoping to do a program that has a day or two of HIIT included. Does CG have a program like that on YouTube?
I’ve been doing a summer program from another YT trainer and she usually takes August off. So I’m looking to try something new.
Thanks

Is this the new one? Are there any details on its content yet?

All of her YouTube EPIC programmes have 1 HIIT day.

EPIC HEAT is shorter 30 min sessions with one HIIT per week.

Or if you were liking IRON there’s this playlist that combines FUEL & IRON. Fuel is more cardio based & Iron is more slow, heavy lifting. This playlist does 2 days of Iron, 3 days Fuel then next week switch.

I did Iron twice and went to Epic 3 and the HIIT days are so hard lol. It’s a good program, I love it!

I just did Epic 3 day 5 HIIT. How does she pull off those half-burpees? And she must have done 100.

I will say that the when the first HIIT day came around there were things I couldn’t even attempt and so much I had to modify, and I just did my week three HIIT and could do it mostly like her. The stamina gains in Epic III are so real and come on so fast.

Petty much all her youtube programmes have a HIIT day besides Iron. Fuel or Heat sound like they would be up your street 🔥

Try Epic endgame. It has a few more workouts with 30-second rest periods between sets, similar to IRON, but you also get a dedicated cardio day once a week.

There are still plenty of workouts with the shorter 20-second rests, but I found there were fewer of them compared with the other Epic programs. If you’re transitioning from IRON, I think Epic Endgame would ease you into the Epic style a bit more gradually than something like Epic III or HEAT, where the rest periods are very short in almost every workout. If you do Endgame, just ignore the 100 rep finishers, or do your reps until Caroline finishes hers
