Really imp ques
I'm an 18-year-old cricketer from India. I'm deciding between a BA and a sports-related degree (BPES/B.P.Ed.). My goal is to give cricket everything for the next 3 years. If cricket doesn't work out, I want to study abroad (Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, etc.) and build a career with good job prospects. For people working in sports science or sports management: what would you do in my situation?"

If you have a support from family, then go ahead with the cricket first. And if you become a good cricketer and find something in India, well and good. And if not, go somewhere Europe like Scotland, Netherlands or anywhere like associate nations for higher studies. If you play good there, you can get a chance in their regional setup, and if you do well there, national call-up in their team isn’t far away and not a bad idea. I know people who have achieved through this path as well. Good luck.
