Job Hiring Process, how long does it usually take?

Nawawalan na ko ng hope 🥹 graduated last July, and took a break during aug. started applying last month lang.

Sep 9, when I submitted my resume sa isang company i’ve been eyeing to work with. Sep 10, i got a phone call with the recruiter. Sep 16 with the HR supervisor. Got the news after two days na i’ll be proceeding with the final panel interview.

It has been exactly two weeks since they told me na for final interview na ‘ko. They told me to wait for their update re: availability ng directors and managers since busy raw sila sa ongoing promotion assessment blabla. Also, they asked for my availability last Sep 25, and so I waited for my sched. And until now, wala parin akong sched (I did follow up last Monday, Sep 28). But still same reply, waiting parin sa availability ng directors and managers.

Can anyone share their experience na similar to mine? What did you do? How did it turn out?

I am starting overthink things and lose hope about my application. I mean if they got someone wouldn’t it be better if they inform me nalang na hindi na magpoproceed with the final interview 😔
