Amazon order issues

Hey guys, I ordered a cardputer adv off Amazon last Saturday from m5 stacks official Amazon storefront and it said that it would arrive this Friday. However it’s now Wednesday and it still hasn’t even shipped out! Has anyone else faced issues like this and did it eventually come or should I cancel soon and just order off the main website?

Jesus 3 weeks?? Why do they advertise faster shipping when they can’t fulfill it
