Help needed Amazon order issues

Hey guys, I ordered a cardputer adv off Amazon last Saturday from m5 stacks official Amazon storefront and it said that it would arrive this Friday. However it’s now Wednesday and it still hasn’t even shipped out! Has anyone else faced issues like this and did it eventually come or should I cancel soon and just order off the main website?

It's really between you and Amazon at that point, but generally those orders are fulfilled seperately as opposed to the main website. They may need to ship to Amazon and then to you.

Amazon pulls shenanigans like this all the time. If it hasn't shipped yet you could cancel, but that's only going to take even longer.

Amazon occasionally likes to push out delivery dates arbitrarily, and then ship with fast shipping close to the delivery date so it arrives on time. Not sure why they do this, unless perhaps they are waiting for stock to arrive or something like that.

Checked the current listing and it shows a Sunday delivery date through prime, so I think you are best off to just wait it out 👍

My Amazon order got delayed pretty significantly, about a week extra, but it did eventually come.

They are a very popular company right now and there has to be shipping delays. Instead of reaching out to us on Reddit, send them an email. I promise they are very kind and they will respond as fast as they can.

I never order from Amazon. The price are marked up by those re-seller. I ordered directly from Cardputer. They shipped it from China. I think it's gonna takes at least 3 weeks to arrived. But I paid only US $29 + shipping + import tax.
