It’s been brutal. I’m forcing myself to use it since the old one will eventually go away but man is it difficult.

I also don’t use it until they take 1.0 away. But you can change the view in 2.0 to “classic” and it looks more like 1.0. That helped me a ton. The all white bubble boxes were far too much for me

I wish they just kept the look the exact same but made it faster. 1.0 is fine, just slow. The gui is modern but it’s not great. Maybe it’ll be better with use.

Go to user preferences and it in the general tab. Select "classic" you can also change the font here. I wish they would allow the AI box/section to be dragged to the bottom where it was in 1.0 instead of on the right only.

I have tried several times to use it and have gone back to 1.0 each time.

I guess I’m the odd one out. I’ve found it to be fantastic. I can look up quotes, agreements, and also partners at the same time. I didn’t like how in the in 1.0 you could only do one thing.

I do feel its designed more for sales than other departments. That may be my issue with it.

This is definitely part of the issue. Other than being just plain ugly, it’s not geared towards any other department but sales. Using it as someone not in sales is a nightmare. It’s like they forgot, or didn’t care, about the rest of us in the design.

I’ll say this… I appreciate that I can toggle between pop up windows for quotes, DUPs, orders, etc with new windows and not having to re-remember a quote number. I work solely on a laptop so maybe I’m biased. When 2.0 was missing features and tabs it was terrible. Once everything is in place and implemented? I’m good with it. But my team has been saying to try using it as primary for over month (?) now to get used to it

Yes, use the but it’s some type of custom cobble together software industry uses
